All Free Ringtone Maker is an application that allows you to make use of any of your favorite songs for ringtone creation. With the free tool, you can create ringtones from MP3, WMA, WAV, audio CD and other audio files in just a few minutes. All you need to do is to add the music file, edit it and then transfer it to your phone. There is a waveform to help you choose the right segment you want. Detailed output presets & configuration setting is also provided.
With All Free Ringtone Maker, you can add audio files to visually edit (cut, copy, paste, mix, etc.) on the zoomable waveform and apply various audio effects (echo, fade-in/out, normalizing, amplifying, etc.). It saves the input audio file in different audio formats as an audio converter. By using real-time MP3 and WAV encoding and decoding, it can cut out a 3-minute-length music in about 10 seconds - no more bother with ringtone length limit of various mobile phones. Play the added audio file as a player and real-time decoding/encoding to preview the result - check the editing you have done before you are satisfied by the ringtone to be output. It supports a wide-range bitrates of the output file. You can set the bitrates for a target file from 16 kbps to 320 kbps as needed. This helps preserve the output audio quality farthest.
